Met with Kimberly at 4, and we did the Strive machines first. 1-2-3 on cams and regular weight for the first set, added 10 pounds for the second and then took 5 off of that for the third. She's going to be on vacation for about 2 weeks, so she made up some additional routines for me to do while she's away. I think I'm going to increase to 15 reps per set then, too. Next, it was off to cardio. Did the treadmill this time on a 2.5 incline:
- 2 minutes at 3.1 forward
- 8 minutes at 2.4 backward
- 2 minutes at 3.1 forward
- 8 minutes at 2.4 backward
- 2 minutes at 3.1 forward
- 8 minutes at 2.4 backward
Dinner was a quickie pair of thin pork chops, a tomato, and some frozen lima beans. Went to bed early.
I'm thinking of attempting water aerobics after Zumba tomorrow. We'll see how it goes.
