I got up late this morning and had a chicken/tomato salad.
Headed to the Y around 2. Did cardio on the treadmill first. 32 minutes. Forward @ 3.1 (after warming up) intermittently between 5-9 minutes of backward @ 1.8. Entire session at a 2.0 incline. Longer, faster & higher incline than before. After cardio, I did 3 reps of 12 on all the Hoist arm machines.
Grabbed freshly ground almond and peanut butters at the store, along with cherries, tomatoes, blueberries, zucchini, Crunchy Sprouts, and a few pounds of chicken breast. I'm going to scour the Internet and see if there are some good crock pot recipes. The grilled chicken breasts, although tasty, are getting monotonous.
I'd never seen Breakfast at Tiffany's before, so I watched it this afternoon. I started noticing how much they were smoking... she even almost falls asleep with a cigarette in her mouth. Amazing!
