Had great veggie-laden scrambled eggs for breakfast and the last of my pork/veggie stir-fry for lunch @ work. Enjoyed an apple on the way to the grocery store.
I prepped six chicken breasts after work and Chris was nice enough to grill them. They're in the fridge now and ready to roll!
For dinner, I ate some of the chicken tenders from the breasts we cooked (Chris likes to grill them without the tenders inside), along with tomatoes and some fresh mozzarella. Yum!
Fifty days have passed. It's gone so fast!
