I had a nectarine in the morning on the way out the door. Chris had a kidney appointment, but somewhere along the way the appointment changed to Thursday and we didn't know about the change. Since we were dressed and out, I asked Chris if we could stop at the grocery store for some chicken breast. He agreed. He was nice enough to grill it later for me, too. I have plenty of leftovers for the week.
When Chris & I got home, I trimmed the chicken breast and cooked up the tenders. I ate those for lunch along with a Kashi pasta meal. Then I went shopping with Dad. Picked up some cauliflower and borrowed Dad's car for the remainder of the afternoon.
Had a good time at Zumba. I kept up pretty well, considering the new moves and new songs that have been introduced. I left with about 8 minutes to go, so I could run down to the locker room and change into my swim suit. Made it to water aerobics right on time. This was Diane's last day with us, and it was definitely a class we won't soon forget. She was extra-tough!
At dinnertime, I was exhausted. I sat at the kitchen table and made a tomato/chicken/spinach salad while watching the movie Nine Months. The funny thing about the movie is that it focuses on the behavior of some pretty wild kids, but it gave me some pangs nonetheless.
Off to the doctor in the morning!
