Today was fun @ the Y. I got there early and did some Cardio before our appointment time. Kimberly and I were going to meet in the Strive room, but there was a Strive class going on.... so we went to do Cardio first. I did my backward walks for 8 minutes at a time at 1.8 on a 1 incline. (First time backwards on an incline!) Then, at the Strive, we added an extra 5 lbs. (and 10 for one machine by mistake) to each one.
For next week, we're meeting to work out in the afternoon and then I'll do water aerobics right after that.
