Had half a chicken breast with a spinach salad in the morning. Brought a pork chop for lunch with some of the zucchini/leek concoction I made yesterday.
After work, Chris & I went swimming at the Y and then to the grocery store for more fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables. I'm going to prep the strawberries so they're within easy reach for snack time.
Chris made some great meatballs when we got home, and I ate a few with rutabaga.
Hit 1400+ calories today. Had been keeping it closer to 1200. Got really hungry later in the day, despite my apple snack before swimming.
