Fried eggs for breakfast today, with a tomato. For some reason, it sounded good. I was going to have the plain, nonfat yogurt... but I tried it last night and didn't like it at all.
Lunch was some turkey thigh meat with veggies leftover from last night. I didn't even eat all of what I took to work, so I brought the rest home.
I purchased a large pack of pork loin chops, and I'm going to eat them tonight with Dad. Planning on a salad (tomatoes were on sale, so I have lots of those). Will head to the store for spinach and the other tasty fixings.
Still sticking to the plan! No naps required. Feeling good.
