Started out the day with a bowl of yogurt with cut apple chunks, strawberries, and granola for breakfast.
Brought chicken to work, and the asparagus was left there Friday. Also ate the last bit of raw cauliflower that was there.
Chris picked me up from work, and we headed home. I had a bit of Swiss cheese as a snack.
I was all out of cooked meat at home, so I chose a Kashi frozen Chicken Florentine. Quick & easy... and that was nice!
I got hungry later, and I had a 3-ounce pouch of tuna with one slice of that 7-grain bread and a tomato. Seemed to do the trick.
I think I'm dealing with mental hunger. I keep getting hungry after dinner. Maybe I should eat a bit later? Or more calories. Today was about 1530.
