Woke up and felt some creaking in the joints (I guess from Zumba last night). Had a grilled chicken breast with some zucchini for breakfast.
A quick search of my craft table uncovered my oversized (over-length) tape measure. Chris helped measure me and I logged the information into Fitday. Can't wait to see how things change!
Weighed in at the center on the way to my workout, and posted a 10.4 lb. loss. That was a great motivator! I got to the Y early and did some work on the treadmill before meeting with my trainer. Had a great workout. She had some great tips for cooking and preparing food that she shared while I used the machines. We made our appointment for Monday.
Went grocery shopping and found more of those wonderful globe artichokes. Steamed one and ate the whole thing. Have a 2nd one in the crisper for another day. Enjoyed the leftover zuppa di pesce from dinner last night at Dad's. Capped the night off with a 100-calorie Jolly Time popcorn bag, but Chris had some of it... so I made him share his orange with me. :)
