Had a great omelet this morning. In addition to the usual veggies, I had two or three leaves of basil left over from a recipe last week. They added a fun twist!
Lunch was the last bit of beef from the pot roast along with some raw cauliflower. (Love that crunchy feeling... which reminds me... I still have a couple of green beans in the fridge that I was going to try.)
Had a wedge of watermelon when I got home, and then half a chicken breast with some balsamic vinegar and a tomato. Tasty stuff.
