Started the day with an e-mail from my SSS (super-supportive sister), who did the legwork to find me some sports bras that fit. Oh yeah... and she ordered them, paid for them, and had them sent right to me. She has really rocked my world.
Had a chicken breast for breakfast and then went to meet my friend who gave me my first French Braid. I love it! Then I went to meet another friend and her daughter said I looked pretty. *sniff* I don't hear that a lot now. Yet.
Anyway, had another chicken breast for lunch and most of an artichoke for a snack while hubby & I watched Wall-E. Cute movie!
Then it was off to the Y. Today I hit the treadmill for 30 minutes before Zumba. Did it on an incline for the first time, and also went 3.1 speed. While I was on the treadmill, I kept thinking of the competition I'm in, and whether any of the other people in the gym were my competitors.
We had a substitute for Zumba class -- more new moves and I felt uncoordinated -- but also tired from having worked out ahead of time. I hope instructor Kim feels better soon.
Had a Czech dish we called "Birds" growing up for dinner. It's strips of beef rolled with strips of bacon and onion. I had two strips of beef (with a total of one slice of bacon. I know.) It was served with brown rice and wax beans. Pretty tasty! Then we were off to the library and then grocery shopping. And, of course, I had to then watch The Biggest Loser finale. So now it's 12:30am and I need to head to sleep.
Meeting with PT Kimberly at 2 tomorrow.
