I was expecting to wake up this morning totally sore and achy from yesterday, but it was fine!
Had 2 turkey burgers and a tomato for breakfast. Fixed up a nice tomato/chicken salad for lunch.
After work, I prepped chicken breasts for grilling and Chris grilled them (along with two nice ribeye steaks we picked up this week). Ate steak and an ear of corn for dinner.
Have my work & doctors schedules for the next 2 weeks mapped out, so it's time to e-mail Kimberly with the details to set up workouts.
Got a party coming up tomorrow, and I'm planning to eat a chicken breast before I go. Same plan for the wedding on Saturday.
