Had most of a chicken breast and a tomato this morning. Didn't spend the time to make it into a salad or anything.
Weighed in at the doctor's office today. Down 4.6 pounds in two weeks. Glad there was a loss, but I'm pretty disappointed with the number compared with the other numbers I've been pulling so far. Anyway, total "unofficial" percentage lost so far is 5.36%.
Had Chinese food for lunch... and after programming all the items I had into FitDay, it probably wasn't worth it! Then spent the next few hours running around: Costco, post office, bakery, craft stores, etc.
Ate the rest of the chicken breast before heading out to meet Kimberly in the new {to me} Strive circuit room. It was a really fast workout. We had plenty of time left for cardio. Did 20 minutes on the double-treadmill. I call it that because it has two separate tracks -- one for the left foot and one for the right -- and they go up and down, simulating hiking I guess. It was burning! Then went over to a regular walker treadmill to finish out the hour and cool down.
One cool thing happened. I tried on my t-shirt that I got on sign-up day, and it fit pretty well. I actually wore it to work out! Yes, I left the house in a 4XL.
Didn't feel like going straight home, so I headed to the Co-Op. Checked out labels, looked around, and ended up with a sixty-cent bag of bean sprouts.
Dinner was leftover fish & asparagus from last night. I'm exhausted from today. Thank goodness Chris helped with the laundry folding. I'm seriously so tired, I don't even want to bother changing my clothes before I sack out.
